International Transnational Project Meeting Successfully Held in Latvia

As part of the Erasmus+ project “Supporting Children with Autism through Physical Education” (Project No. 2024-1-LT01-KA220-SCH-000246848), project partners gathered for a productive two-day Transnational Project Meeting hosted by the Latvian partner, Valmieras Gaujas Krasta Secondary School – Development Centre.

During the meeting, partners reviewed the results of pilot testing activities implemented across all participating countries and shared valuable experiences, evidence, and lessons learned from working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), teachers, families, and other stakeholders.

The discussions focused on:

✅ Analysis of pilot testing results and project impact;

✅ Evaluation of project achievements and quality indicators;

✅ Identification of common challenges and successful practices;

✅ Preparation of the Work Package 5 Policy Recommendation Report;

✅ Planning of future dissemination and network-building activities;

✅ Ensuring sustainability and long-term use of project results.

The meeting demonstrated the strong commitment of all partners to improving inclusive physical education and promoting innovative educational solutions, including VR technologies, for students with ASD.

Throughout the two days, partners actively exchanged ideas, provided constructive feedback, and collaboratively planned the final stage of the project. The meeting was characterized by excellent cooperation, professionalism, and a shared dedication to achieving high-quality results that can contribute to more inclusive and accessible education systems across Europe.
