The Erasmus+ project “Supporting Children with Autism through Physical Education” (Project No. 2024-1-LT01-KA220-SCH-000246848) is officially underway!
From October 1 - 3, 2024 representatives from our partner organizations met in Kaunas, Lithuania for the project’s kick-off meeting, marking the start of a collaborative journey toward meaningful change.

During this productive meeting, our team established a strong foundation for the project, covering essential topics to guide us forward:
We presented the project’s objectives and vision, and each partner introduced their team members, creating a collaborative spirit from the start.
Partners reviewed Google Drive, internal communication methods, and signed partnership agreements to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Discussions covered project monitoring, management, and risk assessment, as well as an in-depth look at timelines, milestones, progress reporting, evaluations, and time tracking.
We reviewed the project’s budget, cash flow, real spending, and plans for sustainability to secure the project’s long-term impact.
The team planned dissemination strategies and reviewed task distribution to maximize our impact and ensure project goals are met.
We held a deep discussion on Work Package 2, exploring the methodology and timeline for each activity to support successful implementation.
This meeting was a great start to our journey, setting a clear direction and building a strong partnership committed to supporting children with autism through specialized physical education initiatives. Stay tuned!
